What Does “On Display to Order” Mean?
“On Display to Order” items are products that are not stocked in our warehouse. Instead, they are displayed as samples, visual merchandising pieces, or custom items that we remake once your order is placed.
These include custom-painted holiday decorations, specialty centerpieces, one-of-a-kind displays, and handcrafted visual merchandising props.
Production & Lead Times
On Display to Order items typically require 2–4 weeks to fulfill. Lead time may vary depending on:
- Product complexity or customization
- Material availability
- Current production schedule
- Holiday season or peak periods
We’ll email you an estimated delivery window shortly after your order is received.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your item is complete, we ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. Some large or oversized pieces may require freight shipping. All shipments are fully insured, and tracking information is provided by email.
If you’re local to Northern California, we also offer free pickup from our warehouse or local delivery
Cancellations & Returns
Because these items are made specifically for your order, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns once production has begun. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, we may be able to make changes or cancel before work starts.
