How do I place an order for something custom?

 

Send us an email support@leedisplay.com and we'll work with you to bring your idea to fruition. We have over 60 years of experience working with custom visual merchandising designs.

 

 

Do you accept returns or refunds?

 

Lee Display has a full 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases online. You can start the return process through your order page or return the package directly to us with a note. Please return to:

For orders over $250 or more, returns are subject to restocking fees. Restocking fees are calculated based on the condition of the returned product. Fees range from 5% - 30% of the order price.

Once we have received the return, we will send a refund for the entire amount of your order.

 

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

 

The first thing you should do is track your package on the shipping providers website and check the status of your package.  The carrier will have the most up to date information available.  For example, if your package has been shipped with the US Postal Service, track your shipment on their website as www.usps.com.
The 2nd thing to do is contact the shipping carrier directly.  They will be able to address most issues over the phone and will have the most up to date information available.
If the shipping carrier cannot fix the issue, send us an email at support@leedisplay.com. We will do everything we can to help.

 

How is Free Shipping Calculated?

 

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $200 or more and weighing less than 50 lbs per item. For products that weigh more than 50lbs, we do not include free shipping.  If the total weight of your order weighs more than 50lbs, then Free Shipping will not be included.  If your entire order weighs less than 50lbs, we'll include Free Shipping!

 

When is the Christmas Sale?

 

Every year we open our doors and have a giant blowout warehouse clearance sale. This typically takes place after our holiday season has been completed. We send out an email blast and put an ad in the local paper.

 

To join the mailing list, please set-up an account HERE and choose to accept email marketing from us. 

 

Opening dates and daily times change every year.  For most accurate information, join our mailing list.  The Sale is typically open between November and December every year.

 

Will an item be back in stock?

 

We try our best to make sure your favorite items are never out of stock.  We try to place orders for products manufactured overseas ahead of time before we run out.  For products we manufacture in the US at Lee Display, we'll almost always have your products available for purchase. 

 

If there's a product we don't have in stock, reach out to us at support@leedisplay.com and we'll add your name to our Wishlist.  You will be included on the first list of contacts we reach out to once we know when your item will be back in stock.  You will get first priority when new shipments have arrived and the first opportunity to score better deals!
