At Lee Display, we ship reliable home decor, Christmas decorations, seasonal displays, centerpieces, and retail visual merchandising products across the U.S. and worldwide.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via UPS and USPS from our Northern California warehouse. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Northern California: 1–2 business days
  • Western U.S.: 2–3 business days
  • Midwest & East Coast: 3–7 business days
  • Local Delivery: Available in the SF Bay Area & Sacramento

Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on select products that meet both of the following:

  • Order total is $200 or more
  • Each item weighs under 50 lbs

Large, oversized, or freight-shipped items are excluded due to higher carrier rates.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. For large or custom orders, feel free to contact us for a quote.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, box size, and destination. You'll see accurate rates during checkout. We work to keep our shipping fees fair and competitive.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, email us within 7 days at support@leedisplay.com. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
