How We Make

Like any manufacturing company in the world, Lee Display has a structured and systematic process of building a Christmas Tree from scratch.  What makes Lee Display stand out from the rest of those companies; is the long family ethos that helped build that process.

Construction has finished on our new Wine Barrel Chandelier.  Custom made from a special vintage wine barrel provided to us by our Napa Valley winery.  We broke the barrel down and turned it into a chandelier for their tasting rooms!Check out our gallery to see how the whole process unfolded:

As every holiday season approaches, more and more customers ask us for information on how our tinsel trees are built.  They're different - Yes, one-of-a-kind - Sure, and particularly original  - In their own right.  So what are we doing those other tree manufacturers skip?

 

We thought it would be a great idea to give everyone a better understanding of how Lee Display makes our unique Christmas Trees. 

 

First off, Lee Display's trees are all hand-made in the US.  Located just in-between Sacramento and San Francisco, Lee Display's manufacturing workshop is busy year-round producing colorful tinsel trees for every upcoming holiday.

Lee Display's Hand-made Vintage American Flags make great gifts for the 4th of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day celebrations. Each hand-crafted flag is made from 100% recycled and refurbished locally found redwood posts and barn wood. Check out the process!
