We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review our full policy below.
Eligibility & Timeframe
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, securely package it in its original packaging and mail it to:

Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by Lee Display, unless the order does not meet this policy's conditions.
Refunds & Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear depending on your card issuer. We’ll notify you by email when your return is completed.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-manufactured products labeled as Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable
- Damaged items that are not reported within 7 days of delivery
- Items missing parts or accessories from the original packaging

Additional Fees & Conditions
- 25% restocking fee applies to returns exceeding $500
- Missing parts/accessories will be deducted from refund amount
- If only part of a discounted package is returned, the discount will be voided and reflected in the refund
- Palletized product returns may incur a return freight fee of $1.75 per pound
This includes cases where:
- The item cannot fit through a doorway or into a home
- The order was cancelled after the allowed cancellation period
- The delivery address was invalid or refused
- Pickup is requested from your residence
