This was my first time ordering from your company. I ordered three 3ft trees and two 4ft trees. When I placed the order it said they would arrive on December 4th. The 3ft trees arrived about two weeks later and one of the 4ft trees arrived about a week after that. It is now the 29th and I have still not received all of my items. The emails I received said that my order was complete but it is not. I am still due one 4ft tree. A really frustrating and disappointing experience.
I ordered a 14" ring, it arrived promptly it was exactly what I wanted. I will work fantastically for my project.

I had a hard time finding lights to match my existing lights. These are great, inexpensive and match almost perfectly. Shipped quickly too.
